BOOKINGS


  • From what time can I enter the room? Can I check in earlier?

You can enter your room from 3 pm. Due to the usual high occupancy of our hotel, it is only possible to know if it will be available on the day of your arrival. If the room is available and ready when you arrive at our hotel, we can offer you the early check in.
  • How late can I stay in my room? Do you offer late check out?

You can check out until 11 am. We offer an exclusive late check out service only for the bookings made through our website. If you wish a late check out, please check with our reception if it is possible for that day. If available, for an additional fee you can leave your room later than usual time.
  • We travel in family. Are there family rooms?

We currently have two family rooms. Send a request to reserves.rivolirambla@serhs.com to be able to process it.
  • How can I make a booking for a group?

To be able to make group reservations, contact directly the e mail grups.rivolirambla@serhs.com.

 

 

ROOM AND SERVICES


  • Do the rooms have all the necessary amenities like (gel, shampoo, etc.)? 

Our rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay such as shower gel and shampoo, soap, etc.
  • Can I make tea in my room? 

Yes, all rooms are equipped with kettle with a selection of teas for free.
  • What rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Four of our comfort rooms -including one with views Rambla- are adapted for people with reduced mobility. If you require one, please indicate it in your booking and send an email to reserves.rivolirambla@serhs.com in order to offer you the best choice for you.
 
To acces our restaurant, extra help is needed. Do not hesitate to ask our staff for help, they will be glad to assist you. 
  • Which rooms have views to the Rambla?

The SERHS Rivoli Rambla offers you three types of rooms with views to the Rambla: The Double Comfort with Ramblas Views, the Suite with Ramblas View and some of our Doble Superior rooms. 
  • What are the hours and prices of the Wellness Center?

Massages of our Wellness service are avalaible from Monday to Saturday. If you wish to enjoy one of these services please book in advance at reception.
  • Do you take animals?

We currently do not accept animals in our hotel (except guide dogs).
  • If I have a baby, should I bring my own crib?

Baby cots are available on request free of charge. When making your reservation specify that you need one.
  • Does the hotel have its own parking?

We do not have parking facilities, but thanks to the central location of the hotel you will find several parking options close to it.
  • What time is breakfast served?

Our breakfast buffet is served every morning from 7 to 11 am.
  • Is there a luggage storage service?

Yes. If you arrive at the hotel before 15:30 hrs, we can store your luggage in the luggage area until your room is available. After the check-out, the luggage is also available and baggage and luggage items can be sotred for a few hours.
The service has no extra charge. The hotel is not responsible for the objects left inside or outside bags.
  • Is there a laundry service in the hotel?

The hotel has a laundry service with an additional cost from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.

  • Does the hotel have a gym?

The SERHS Rivoli Rambla has two machines where you can exercise completely free of charge, an elliptical and a vibratory platform. This service is available from Monday to Sunday from 10 am. to 9 pm.
  • I left an object in the hotel. Who can I contact to retrieve it?

To ask for lost objects, contact reception by email info.rivolirambla@serhs.com or telephone +34 93 481 76 76.
  • Which types of plugs can I find in the room?

The power stockets are type F (also known as "Schuko"). This stocket also works with plug C and plug E. We don't sell power plug adapters. We refer you to supermarkets or storage around, where you will find a selection of travel adapters.

 

 

LOCATION


  • Do you offer a shuttle service to and from the airport?

The SERHS Rivoli Rambla offers a transfer service from and to the airport with an extra cost. From 9am to 9pm our transfer costs 85€ and from 9pm to 9am, 125€. The capacity of the van is 8 person. You can book this service when making your reservation adding it as an extra service. If you already have a reservation, you can contact directly with info.rivolirambla@serhs.com.

  • What is the easiest way to get to the hotel by public transport?

Getting to our hotel from the airport is very easy. The main stop of the "Aerobus" is in Plaza Cataluña, 200 meters from the Rivoli Ramblas SERHS. Its price is about € 6 and its frequency is quite high: every 10 minutes from 5 to 7 am in the morning and from 10 pm to 1 am. During the day, its frequency is every 5 minutes.
